She was born April 9, 1915, in Becker County, Minn., to Archibold and Amelia Katherine (Grabowitz) Glines. She was employed in various places doing housework and Daley Nursing Home. She attended schools in Detroit Lakes and Plum City, leaving school after the sixth grade and getting her GED at a later stage in her life.

She married Otto Ingli in 1932. They had three children together: Orven Ingli of Oakdale, Minn., Lucille Leone Gwilt Heintz of Wisconsin Rapids, and Eugene Ingli. They later divorced. She married William John Klopf in 1938, and they had five children: Catherine Jeske of Red Wing, Shirley Voth (Mearl) of Goodhue, Iris Nelson (Terry) of Red Wing, Mary DeTray (Dennis) of McLean, Va., and Philip Klopf (special friend DeDe Johnson) of Plum City. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

William Klopf died April 11, 1959. She then married Thomas Holmes in April of 1960. He passed away in 1992.

She was preceded in death by one son, Eugene Ingli; one brother, Lawrence Glines of Pepin, Wis.; three stepsons, Wallace, Willard, and Leonard Klopf, and one stepdaughter, Marge Wahlin; four half-brothers, James Roberts, Roger Amacker, Clifton Amacher, and Calvin Amacher; one half-sister, Christina Linhart of Chippewa Falls, Wis.; one son-in-law, Kenneth Jeske Sr.; grandson Kenneth Jeske Jr.; grandson-in-law Bradley Johnson.

She is survived by one half-sister, Alvina Davison of Eau Claire, Wis.; one half-brother, Orven Amacher (Marlys) of Siren, Wis.

She was a member of Eidsvold Lutheran Church in Esdaile, Wis., and was very active in the Ladies Aid Society, Bible study group, choir, and quilting until moving to Red Wing. She lived at Jordan Towers I. She was a member of the Bay City American Legion. She attended United Lutheran Church in Red Wing.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, with visitation 1 hour before the service, at United Lutheran Church.
