OLD BUSINESS-ACTION: Approval of the July 9, 2012 school board meeting minutes, Approval of the July 9, 2012 special school board goal setting meeting minutes, Approval of the District financial report and payment of bills for June 2012, Approval of the District financial report and payment of bills for July 2012, Job descriptions. NEW BUSINESS- ACTION: 4YK early admittance requests, Athletic code of conduct updates, Resolution- Shopko property, Employee wages- custodians/ food service workers, maintenance worker, School Board goals 2012-2013, Curriculum Director/ position, food service/clerical position, Materials for annual meeting, Personnel report. NEW BUSINESS-DISCUSSION: School Board policy updates- first reading, Concussion prevention presentation. The meeting will convene to closed session as authorized by State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) &(f) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and to give preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems.
