Late Saturday afternoon River Falls police were dispatched to a trailer-court home at 1450 S. Wasson Lane to deal with a 23-year-old man at his girlfriend’s who was threatening suicide. The state Department of Public Safety announced late Friday that the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as 19-year-old Mark E. Henderson of St. Paul.
