John W. Vaudreuil, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced Bernard C. Seidling, 62, Eau Claire, was sentenced Thursday to three years in federal prison without parole and fined $10,000 by Judge Barbara B. Crabb in United States District Court in Madison.
