Bond was set at $50,000 cash Monday for an Andover, Minn. man who was in possession of two knives Friday outside a courtroom at the St. Croix County Government Center. According to the criminal complaint, a psychiatric nurse told authorities the man had told her earlier that morning that he was experiencing "vague homicide thoughts".
