Elmwood girls hoops evens up series with Plum City
After losing the first time out to Plum City back in mid-December, the Elmwood High School girls basketball evened the season series with PC by winning 40-35 Thursday.

It came down to the last match in the last period and in the last seconds as Spring Valley/Elmwood's Tyler Hunter blocked a takedown attempt from Austin Edison and instead took Edison down to win 8-4 at 195 pounds and secure the dual meet 29-25 and another Dunn-St. Croix Conference title for the Redbirds.
