Western Wisconsin News-- A western Wisconsin woman fell just short of winning $100,000 on NBC’s “The Biggest Loser.” But Lisa Rambo of Hudson was still a big winner, because she no longer weighs 246 pounds like she did last September, when she became an at-home contestant.

Polk County man leads Hudson police on chase across frozen St. Croix River
Area News-- James S. Meyer, 60, believed to be from St. Croix Falls, was taken into custody in Lakeland around 4 a.m. Sunday after he led police on a chase through the west side of North Hudson and onto the St. Croix River at Ferry Landing Park.
