Pancake Breakfast at RW Airport August 4

The Hiawatha Valley EAA Chapter 1518 will be hosting its 37th annual Pancake Breakfast at the Red Wing Regional Airport from 8 a.m.-12 p.m., Sunday, August 4.

  The local pilots of the Red Wing airport have been hosting this delicious repast each summer since 1977. The event is in conjunction with the Red Wing River City Days activities. This is a fly-in, drive-in breakfast with numerous aircraft on display and folks can walk the flight line and observe the planes that fly in for the morning.

The menu includes all you can eat Sturdiwheat pancakes, little smokie sausages, coffee, juice and milk. Ticket prices are $20 for family, seven dollars for adults and four dollars for kids 12 and under. Please join us for a great breakfast and see what is cooking at your local airport.
