Administrator Amy Fetzer, center, was joined by other officials, staff and the public at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Seasons Assisted Living facility in Plum City Tuesday. The ceremony began outdoors, where a ground breaking had been held last fall, but was moved inside when heavy rain started to fall. The building is tied into the local care center, creating a campus.
