Spring Valley royalty tours helicopter

Members of the Spring Valley Wisconsin Royalty visited the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 331 Memorial Helicopter on display at the Team Oil Travel Center in Spring Valley, Saturday June 15, 2013.  Chapter 331 was kind enough to provide the residents of the Spring Valley Area an opportunity to witness first-hand, a piece of history flown by local pilots in combat.  The Memorial is not intended to break hearts; it is to help mend broken hearts and enhance memories of the sons and daughters, husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, and mothers and fathers, whose lives have never been the same since the war.
Even though Jr. Princess Micaiah Holton, Princess Jordyn Snyder, and Princess McKayla Nelson were born over 20 years after the end of the Vietnam War, these young ladies still realize the significance and importance of never forgetting the sacrifices made for all of us.
May we all never forget.
