Public Works employee Roger Bjork submitted his resignation due to retirement after 26 years. At the same time, the Board then drafted up criteria and an application for his replacement.
Key qualifications, they felt were experience with vehicle maintenance and that the person has to have a CDL license.
Applications will be accepted until 4 p.m. Jan. 25. Clerk/Treasurer Peggy Nelson said a lot of interest has already been generated for the position and believes there will be many applicants for the job.
