Swenby’s Insurance & Real Estate and Chickadee Doo-da Gifts in New Richmond took advantage of the Regional Business Fund’s loan programs. RBF fund manager Beth Waldhart said the maximum loan amount for the façade program is $30,000 at 0 percent interest over 15 years. She said Swenby’s borrowed $28,000 through the façade program, while Chickadee Doo-da borrowed $30,000 through the façade program and $25,000 through the Micro Program.
