County supervisor guilty of disorderly conduct
A Pierce County Board Supervisor was found guilty of county disorderly conduct earlier this month.
Jeffrey A. Holst, 53, W10014 1005th St., Hager City, was cited by the Pierce County Sheriff's Department for his involvement in a fight Sept. 5 at the Nauti Hawg Bar and Grill, W9852 290th Ave., Hager City. He pled no contest in a court hearing Nov. 8.
According to the police report, law enforcement was called to the Bar for excessive bar noise. Interviews were gathered and law enforcement learned a fight had taken place between four males. Holst and Corey J. Snider, 63, Hastings, were still at the bar and both admitted to being involved. Both were asked to leave the bar since both had been drinking.
Officers re-interviewed Holst and Snider later and through those interviews, it was determined to cite the pair for their involvement.
Neither was arrested and both were ordered to pay the $263.50 fine, which Holst has done according to court records.
Holst has represented District 16, made up of Town of Diamond Bluff along with Town of Trenton, Wards 1 and 2, since 2004.
