Pierce County Circuit Court briefs (May 8, 2017)

Trevor J. Bevers, 26, Hudson, pleaded innocent and posted a $3,000 signature bond on two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a disorderly conduct charge April 28. The charges stemmed from an April 27 incident in River Falls.

Terrisa I. Black, 26, St. Paul, pleaded innocent and posted a $3,000 signature bond on counts of disorderly conduct, battery, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia April 24. The charges resulted from an April 23 incident in Ellsworth.

Mitchell K. Bruckmoser, 25, Hastings, Minn., posted a $3,000 signature bond on counts of felony intimidate victim/use or attempt force, criminal trespass to dwelling, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct April 25. The charges stemmed from an April 24 incident in River Falls.

Roy W. Cook, 67, Spring Valley, posted a $1,000 signature bond on counts of felony OWI (fourth in five years), felony operate with restricted controlled substance (fourth), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install and operating while revoked April 24. The charges resulted from incidents Oct. 30 and April 5 in the town of Gilman.

Sanjeev A. Dhawan, 23, Prescott, pleaded innocent and posted a $3,000 signature bond on counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct April 24. The charges stemmed from an April 22 incident in Prescott.

Jonathon R. Fischer, 34, South St. Paul, Minn., pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a possess drug paraphernalia charge April 24. The charge resulted from a May 18, 2016 incident in Prescott.

Trevor J. Holst, 34, Hager City, was ordered to pay $500 cash bail on felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges April 24. The charges stemmed from an April 24 incident in the town of Trenton.

Cassandra R. Isker, 28, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge April 24. The charge resulted from a March 27 incident in River Falls.

Pedro R. Johnson, 38, St. Paul, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony possession of electric weapon, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of THC charges April 24. The charges stemmed from an April 22 incident in the town of Diamond Bluff.

Sandra K. Linder, 56, Spring Valley, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge April 24. The charge resulted from a Jan. 21 incident in Spring Valley.

Austin R. Lovette, 18, Ellsworth, posted a $3,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges April 24. The charges stemmed from an April 24 incident in Ellsworth.

Trent A. Lovette, 18, Ellsworth, posted a $7,000 signature bond on felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping April 24. The charges resulted from an April 24 incident in Ellsworth.

Cade S. Miller, 32, Hager City, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony OWI — fourth and resisting or obstructing an officer charges April 24. The charges stemmed from an April 22 incident in the town of Trenton.

Thomas D. O'Shaughnessy, 45, Glenwood City, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony OWI — fourth, operating while revoked and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install charges April 24. The charges resulted from an April 23 incident in the town of Martell.

Ryan A. Peterson, 22, Prescott, pleaded innocent and was ordered to pay $150 cash bail on a disorderly conduct charge April 24. The charge stemmed from a May 5, 2016 incident in Prescott.

Tyler J. Stewart, 17, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony first degree child sexual assault — intercourse with person under 12 and felony third degree sexual assault charges April 24. The charges resulted from incidents between August 2015 and December 2015 in Prescott.

Kemp T. Terry III, 27, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge April 24. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 22 incident in River Falls.

Travis W. Yunker, 31, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge April 24. The charge resulted from a Sept. 7 incident in the town of El Paso.

Closed cases

Seamus P. Connaughton, 27, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of two disorderly conduct charges and fined $886 April 24. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 14 incident in River Falls.

William S. Cook, 25, Spring Valley, was convicted of disorderly conduct and felony possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to two years of probation and 15 days in jail and fined $961 April 24. Charges of felony bail jumping (two), possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Aug. 30 in the town of Trenton, Sept. 12 in the town of Oak Grove, and Sept. 27 in Ellsworth.

Kenneth A. Meixner Jr., 26, Minneapolis, was convicted of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, theft — movable property, felony forgery (two) and knowingly violate a domestic abuse order — temporary restraining order, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $2,808 April 25. Counts of knowingly violate a domestic abuse order — injunction (two), knowingly violate a domestic abuse order — temporary restraining order, disorderly conduct, felony bail jumping (three), felony forgery (five), misdemeanor bail jumping (six), criminal damage to property, felony burglary — room within building and retail theft — intentionally take were dismissed. He pleaded guilty to two more counts of felony forgery and entered a diversion agreement on April 25. The charges resulted from incidents July 29, Aug. 8 and on or between Aug. 15 and Sept. 14 in the town of Trimbelle; Sept. 10 in the town of River Falls; on and between Oct. 6 and Oct. 17 in Pierce County; Sept. 9, Jan. 29, Feb. 9, Feb. 11, Feb. 13, Feb. 15, Feb. 17, Feb. 20, Feb. 22, Feb. 24, Feb. 27 and March 1 in Ellsworth.

John L. Sullivan, 53, Bay City, pleaded guilty and entered a deferred prosecution agreement on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge April 24. Information was filed on possess drug paraphernalia and possession of THC charges. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 21 incident in the town of Hartland.
