Prescott High School speakers place second

The Prescott Forensics Team competed at the Menomonie High School Forensics Invitational on Feb. 8. The team took home second place in a field of 14 schools. A number of Prescott students received individual awards: Dan Mutschler, fourth in Extemporaneous Speaking; Ian Lapcinski, fifth in Extemporaneous Speaking; Jon Mielke, second in Farrago; Jesse Ahlgren, second in Four Minute; Ted Sweet, fifth in Four Minute; Molly Hoopingarner, fourth in Four Minute; Pascalle Nelson, second in Moments in History; Ashley Perry, first in Oratory; Andrew Taylor, Nathan Keil, Leif Nelson and Jack Patraw, third in Play Acting; Natasha Lillie, fifth in Prose, Jesse Ahlgren, first in Prose; Nicole Pappas, first in Public Address; Hannah Lassen, third in Special Occasion; Allie Haraldson, fifth in Special Occasion; Nicole Wawra, second in Storytelling; and Mariah Rundquist, first in Storytelling. Other team members competing for Prescott included: Savanna Stuhl, Molly Sweet, Anton Wazlawik, Autumn Schlecht, Zach Lubich, Austin Miller, Justine Backes, Sam DuBois, Nadia DeVol, Emelia Rohl and Kaylee Hildebrandt.
