Kiwanis Student of the Week: Parker Hince
Prescott High School senior Parker Hince is the Jan. 31 Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week. He was nominated by history teacher Jeff Ryan, who said "Parker's work in First Nations History has been exemplary. Parker's willingness to participate in class discussions have made him a real asset in class. His genuine interests in the topics we discuss along with his outstanding academic performance have made him extremely successful in First Nations History. Parker's ability to ask thought-provoking questions, ability to think intuitively, and overall attitude in class has been excellent all semester."
Hince is the son of Daniel and Andrea Hince. He is employed at Treasure Island Resort & Casino. The honor roll student is a member of National History Day, the drum line, marching band and is a D.A.R.E. role model. He enjoys playing video games with friends, and is interested in politics and current events. He hopes to attend college and make a positive impact on society.
