The citizens of Elmwood funded two signs to be installed at the entrances to Elmwood to try and slow vehicles down. The signs were created by Elmwood Village Board member Neil Boltik with the help of Elmwood citizen Matthew Marose. The signs can be seen on Race and Winter avenues, both located on State Highway 72.
