Letter: He invites public to Veterans for Peace Gathering

Then attend the sixth annual Veterans for Peace Gathering on Saturday, July 12, in Hager City. Featured speakers include Karen Kwiatkowski,

Lt Col. USAF, (ret.), former Pentagon and National Security Agency analyst on Near East issues. Col. Kwiatkowski will address Insider Notes from the Pentagon.

A panel of recently returned Iraq veterans, members of Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW), will discuss their personal experiences and the current needs of returning veterans. And Professor David Green of Hofstra

University will speak on "American Indigestion: Why Bush Governs from the Gut."

There will be a lunchwagon on the grounds and a hog roast for the evening meal. Cost: $25 pre-register, $30 on-site. Day begins at 8:30 a.m.
