Stricker in good position for third round of Masters
AUGUSTA, Ga. - A double-bogey on 16 kept Wisconsin golfer Steve Stricker from producing the best round of the day at The Masters.
Stricker still had a good round of two under par 70. At one under for the first two rounds, Stricker is tied for 20th and in a good position. Jason Day tops the leaderboard at six under par, good for a one-stroke lead.
Tiger Woods is three shots back but too a controversial two-stroke penalty or illegal placement of his ball after it landed in a water hazard. Some observers feel Woods should have been disqualified from the tournament.
