BALDWIN - Prescott and Ellsworth tracksters won plenty of events at Tuesday's Baldwin-Woodville Invitational and Ellsworth's boys won the team title.

The Panther boys used their superior depth to win the team title with 110 points. Ellsworth's girls also did well finishing second behind Baldwin-Woodville in the five-team meet.

Prescott's boys finished third and the girls were fourth.

County athletes won won individual titles in the girls' meet were Prescott's Emily Bayer in the 200-meter dash in :28.73 seconds; PHS's Savana Stuhl in the 800-meter run in 2:41.89; Ellsworth's Kennedy Kowalchyk in the 3200-meter run in 14:00.54; Prescott's Jennifer Kleinschmidt in the 300-meter low hurdles in :52.85; Ellsworth's Michaela DeGross in the pole vault with a height of eight feet and her teammate Olivia Helmer won the triple jump with a leap of 31-3.

Individual boys' meet winners included EHS's Brett Freier in both hurdles races with times of :15.89 in the 110's and :43.28 in the 300s; Prescott's Nick Jacobsen in the shot put with a toss of 48-2 and the discus with a throw of 135-5; Ellsworth's Alex Campbell with a triple jump best of 43-2; Prescott's Cole Hauenstein in the 400-meter dash in :50.92 and teammate Sam Smith in the 200-meter dash in :23.02.

In the relays, Prescott's girls won the 1600 in 4:31.71 and Ellsworth's took the 3200 in 11:18.31. Prescott's boys' 800-meter relay team broke a school record with a winning time of 1:32.60.
