Decker Inks $36.2 Million Deal With New York Jets

FLORHAM PARK, NY  --  Cold Spring, Minn. native and former University of Minnesota star wide receiver Eric Decker is headed to New York after signing a five-year, $36-million contract with the Jets. 

The wide receiver out of the University of Minnesota played his first four seasons in Denver.  Decker had 87 catches for nearly 1,300 yards and 11 touchdowns for the AFC champion Broncos in 2013. 

His deal with the Jets includes $15-million guaranteed.  Denver selected Decker in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
