The Ellsworth Panthers wrestling team clinched the program’s eighth WIAA Division 2 state title last year. There’s lots of talk about Ellsworth winning its third consecutive state title in the upcoming 2017-2018 season, but the Panthers are focused on putting up their maximum effort in every match leading up to where they want to be at the end of the season — in the WIAA Division 2 wrestling state championship.
