River Falls emergency crews and police officers tend to a northbound semi­trailer rollover Monday shortly after 5 p.m. at the Hwy. 65/Cemetery Road roundabout. The driver, Pavlo Dorosh, 33, Miami, Fla., walked away unharmed but was cited for speeding. Deputy Police Chief Jon Aubart said the crash affected traffic for more than four hours until dark at the roundabout intersection before the truck was finally lifted upright and towed.
