Former Board Member Jeff Stockwell is returning to the Ellsworth School Board. Stockwell was appointed early last week to the board vacancy created by the recent resignation of Susan Langer, who moved from the local district to Red Wing. “Susan goes to my church and made me aware of it,” he said Thursday about the open position.
