C.J. Young joined the staff of Ellsworth Chiropractic this month. She will be teaching exercise classes and starting a nutrition club, Country Fit Nutrition and Wellness. Young has worked in the field for eight years. “I’ve always liked helping people, and finding good exercise and nutrition has always been a big deal for me,” she explained. Young previously worked in Stillwater, Minn., but the chance to work closer to home and launch Country Fit was an opportunity she couldn’t pass up.
