The City of Prescott is sponsoring two community conversations during the month of June to solicit input, hear concerns, and look toward the future in updating the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Community members and the business sector are urged to attend either or both meetings 9 a.m.-12 p.m., June 14 or 6:30-9:30 p.m., June 17. SPRING VALLEY – On a survey earlier this year, when Sophia Koch asked who or what inspired her, she replied, “The fantastic…Interpret that how you will.” Koch went into a little more detail earlier this month. “Things that are strange, or wonderful, or anything I find different,” the 2014 Spring Valley High School Salutatorian said. “People, events in history.” Koch explained she came from an artistic family and her interest in the subject blossomed as she got into high school. “I’ve always enjoyed creating things,” she said.
