These incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Jan. 8-14. Dog bite A city employee was bitten by a dog at 9:20 a.m. Jan. 8 at 1267 Walnut St. A report was filed. Arrest Joshua M. Dreier, 23, Prescott, was arrested for domestic battery, OWI-first and operating with PAC after a traffic stop for expired license tabs 10:42 p.m. Jan. 8 at James and Pearl streets. These incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Jan. 1-7. Fight in progress Police responded to an alleged fight in progress at 2:52 a.m. Jan. 1 at No Name Saloon. All subjects involved were gone prior to police arriving. Traffic troubles • Joseph D. Young, 33, Prescott, was cited for speeding and failure to fast seat belt after a traffic stop at 9:15 a.m. Jan. 1 at Cherry and Dakota streets.
These incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Dec. 18-24. Traffic troubles • Brian S. Clymer, Amery, was cited for an abandoned vehicle left at the fir hall at 6:24 a.m. Dec. 18. The vehicle had been there since Friday, according to firefighters. It was cited and removed. • Sean D. Borash, Brainerd, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:28 a.m. Dec. 18 at Highway 35 and 570th Avenue.
Police warned snowmobilers at 1051 Orrin Road at 10:48 a.m. Dec. 11 that any further riding on private property would result in citations. They were also reminded the trails are closed. These incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Oct. 30-Nov. 11. Arrests • Randy R. Wilkens, 32, Ellsworth, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Oct. 31 in the 500 block of Locust Street for felony warrants, extradition and possession of methamphetamine. • Charles D. Lamb, 24, Prescott, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. Nov. 8 at Broad Street and Highway 10 after a driving complaint coming into the city from across the bridge. He was arrested for possess nitrous oxide (intent to inhale) and inhale nitrous oxide charges.
These incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Oct. Oct. 30-Nov. 5. Mail tampering Mail was reported stolen from mailboxes at 10:46 a.m. Oct. 30 from 1200th Street, U.S. Highway 10 and 526th. Mail was put into a mailbox on Highway 35 south of Prescott. Complaint was forwarded to the Pierce County Sheriff's Office. Traffic troubles • Aaron E. Camacho, 32, Fountain City, was cited for speeding and operating after suspension after a traffic stop at 7:32 p.m. Oct. 30 at Highway 35 and Dexter Street.

Kester, 49, Prescott, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 1:41 a.m. Oct. 24 at Kinnickinnic and Locust streets. • Thomas W. Fasbender, 48, Prescott, was arrested for OWI-third after a traffic stop for violating a red traffic signal at 11:19 p.m. Oct. 26 at Dakota and Oak streets. Oh, deer!
These incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Oct. 16-22. Suspicions on Monroe • A subject was found sleeping outside 575 Monroe St. at 9:01 p.m. Oct. 16. The subject was told to leave the area. • Police received a call reporting a suspicious male walking through yards with a flashlight at 10:50 p.m. Oct. 19 in the 400 block of Monroe Street. Shooting threat Police received a report of a possible school shooting allegedly set for Oct. 18, at 9:45 p.m. Oct. 17. See front page story in this week's Herald.

Halliday, 36, Monticello, Minnesota, was arrested for retail theft, felony possess of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:38 a.m. Oct. 9 at Dollar General (1041 Orrin Road).
