Pierce County circuit court reports

Korbin L. Burke, 26, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge May 1. He also posted a $2,500 signature bond on felony throw/discharge bodily fluid at public safety worker or prosecutor, resisting or obstructing an officer, misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct charges May 1. The charges resulted from incidents April 16 and May 1 in River Falls.

Ted L. Cannady, 29, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $3,000 signature bond on battery and disorderly conduct charges May 1. The charges stemmed from an April 28 incident in River Falls.

Don J. Hansen, 64, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a battery charge May 1. The charge resulted from a Sept. 25 incident in River Falls.

Trevor J. Holst, 34, Hager City, was ordered to pay $500 cash bail on felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges May 1. The charges stemmed from an April 29 incident in the town of Trenton.

Nicholas R. Ingli, 29, Ellsworth, posted $2,000 cash bail on felony bail jumping, felony possession of methamphetamine, felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install charges May 1. The charges resulted from an April 28 incident in the town of Ellsworth.

Lori K. Larrabee, 56, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a two $1,000 signature bonds May 2 on retail theft — intentionally take and theft — movable property charges. The charges stemmed from incidents Feb. 6 in River Falls and April 12 in Ellsworth.

Jeremy J. Marek, 42, Prescott, posted a $3,000 signature bond on a felony OWI (seventh, eighth or ninth) charge May 4. The charge resulted from a May 4 incident in the town of Trenton.

Christopher A. Neisius, 30, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a violate/harassment restraining order charge May 1. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 22 incident in Ellsworth.

Paige M. Reaney, 22, Boyceville, posted a $3,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping and possession of controlled substance charges May 5. The charges resulted from a May 4 incident in River Falls.

Joshua J. Reeverts, 20, Beldenville, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bail on felony burglary — building or dwelling, felony take and drive vehicle without consent, felony drive or operate vehicle without consent, felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer, OWI — second, operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping charges May 2. The charges stemmed from an incident in the town of River Falls.

Jessica M. Schlosser, 35, Ellsworth, posted a $3,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possess/illegally obtained prescription and possess drug paraphernalia charges May 4. The charges resulted from a May 3 incident in Ellsworth.

Shyanne N. Sullivan, 23, North Hudson, posted a $3,000 signature bond on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge May 1. The charge stemmed from an April 30 incident in the town of River Falls.

Michael J. Weiss, 26, Elmwood, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on OWI — second, operating while revoked and disorderly conduct charges May 2. The charges resulted from an April 29 incident in Elmwood.

Andy R. Wilkens, 32, Ellsworth, posted a $3,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges May 4. The charges stemmed from a May 3 incident in Ellsworth.

Cory J. Young, 33, Bay City, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping charges May 1. The charges resulted from an April 1 incident in the town of Trenton.

Closed cases

Alexandria D. Field, 24, Prescott, was convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to time served in jail and fined $443, May 2. At a probation revocation hearing for two more cases, she was sentenced to 70 days in jail with credit for 40 days served. The charges stemmed from incidents Nov. 11, 2015, Aug. 3 and May 28 in Prescott.

Two counts of battery and one misdemeanor bail jumping charge against Charles M. Finley, 25, River Falls, was dismissed April 24. The charges resulted from a Nov. 10 incident in River Falls.

A battery charge against Christopher M. Hamilton, 45, Prescott, was dismissed April 25. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 15, 2015 incident in Prescott.

William H. Hollenbeck, 53, Rosemount, Minn., was convicted of operating with PAC — third, sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $1,744 April 24. An OWI — third charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a June 28 incident in the town of Clifton.

Chad A. Holmgren, 36, Scott County Jail, Shakopee, Minn., was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia and sentenced to jail time served April 25. The charge stemmed from an Oct 21 incident in the town of Trenton.

Kerry W. Kemp, 68, River Falls, was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 74 days credit at a sentencing hearing on a probation revocation April 25. The charges resulted from incidents Oct. 6 and between Oct. 11-12 in the town of River Falls.

Joseph R. Kogut, 28, Merrill, was convicted of theft — movable property, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $943 April 6. The charge stemmed from an April 14, 2015 incident in River Falls.

A disorderly conduct charge against Glen W. Leighty, 70, River Falls, was dismissed April 27. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 20 2015 incident in the town of River Falls.

Charles D. Lundeen, 47, Prescott, was convicted of criminal damage to property, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 April 24. A criminal trespass to dwelling charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 30 incident in Prescott.

Paul A. Marks, 32, New Richmond, was convicted of possess marijuana and fined $330.50 April 4. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an Oct. 1 incident in River Falls.

Nathan D. Melstrom, 32, Hager City, was convicted of carry handgun — alcohol sold/consumed and disorderly conduct, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $886 April 24. Endanger safety/use/dangerous weapon, operate firearm while intoxicated and intentionally point firearm at person charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a May 22, 2016 incident in the town of Trenton.

Richard H. Mentzos, 46, Prescott, was convicted of theft and fined $559.50, which included restitution, April 6. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 9 incident in Prescott.

A possess drug paraphernalia charge against Sandy K. Novak, 46, Hastings, Minn., was dismissed April 3. The charge resulted from an April 29, 2014 incident in Prescott.

Eddie L. Morgan, 24, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and sentenced to 10 days in jail April 24. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 29 incident in River Falls.

One felony charge of repeated sexual assault of same child (fewer than three violations of first degree sexual assault), six felony charges of repeated sexual assault of same child (at least three violations of first degree sexual assault), seven incest with child by stepparent charges, and one count each of felony child abuse — intentionally cause harm, strangulation and suffocation and false imprisonment against Joel M. Nunez, 35, Minneapolis, were dismissed April 26. The charges resulted from alleged incidents Aug. 24, 2009 through Aug. 24, 2016 in the town of Union.

Shannon L. Paisley, 36, Bay City, was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia and possession of THC, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $886 April 24. The charges stemmed from a July 28 incident in River Falls.

Samuel E. Pascenti, 37, River Falls, was convicted of felony possess with intent — amphetamine, sentenced to five years of probation and successful completion of drug court and fined $518 April 27. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. Five theft — movable property charges were read in and dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 17 incident in River Falls.

Nathan J. Pream, 35, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 April 4. A resisting or obstructing an officer charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an April 16, 2016 incident in River Falls.

Mitchell J. Ptacek, 34, Prescott, was convicted of disorderly conduct (two) and contact after domestic abuse arrest, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $1,329 April 24. Knowingly violate a domestic abuse order, disorderly conduct, misdemeanor bail jumping (two) and battery (two) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Jan. 10, Jan. 11, Aug. 20 and Nov. 18, 2016 in Prescott.

Samuel T. Ritt, 24, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of battery, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 April 25. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 15 incident in Prescott.

Roger C. Sabby, 49, Ellsworth, was convicted of OWI — fourth, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $1,744 April 24. An operating with PAC — fourth charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Jan. 9 incident in the town of River Falls.

Jesse K. Shaw, 30, Nelson, was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $886 April 3. Information was filed on a carry concealed weapon charge. The charges resulted from a May 24, 2016 incident in the town of Trenton.

Daniel J. Wiesender, 32, New Richmond, was convicted of possession of controlled substance and theft — movable property, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $886 April 4. Information was filed on theft — movable property and possess drug paraphernalia charges. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 10 incident in the town of Trimbelle.
