Prescott honors Geography Bee's Top 10

Students in grades 3-8 took part in the preliminary round of the National Geography Bee during the week of Dec. 3. Scores from the tough 20 questions were used to determine the Top 10 students from each grade. These students will move on to the first oral round on Jan. 2, 2019. Congratulations to all participants!

From Prescott Middle School, the Top 10 for each grade were as follows:

Sixth grade: Izzy Metz, Will Packard, Barrett Temmers, Natalie Ptacek, Jocelyn Billeter, Owen Bayer, Carter Allen, Alex Pollard, Mackenzie Sterud and Aidan Dorau.

Seventh grade: Brody Linder, Alayna Allsop, Faith VanHolbeck, Avery Pattridge, Austin Oie, Cullen Huppert, Mason Schommer and Ian Leask.

Eighth grade: Daniel Bowgren, Shane Butler, Brahm Ennenga, Dryden Seeley, Shira Stubbe, Tyler Loucks, Erica Jennings, Natasha Swatzina, Rian Engeldinger, Evan Radke and Adeline Raebel.
