Prescott Police: Arrests, traffic and more

These incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department April 1-22.

Arrests

• Sirena M. Lenz, 39, Newport, Minn., was arrested on suspicion of uttering a forgery after a check fraud complaint at 9:01 a.m. April 3 at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.

• Jesse L. Ryan, 41, Princeton, Minn., was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after police were called to Scab's for a fight in progress at 4:42 p.m. April 6.

• Shawn R. Frandrup, 33, Prescott, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after police were called to a domestic dispute at 3:49 p.m. April 16 at 568 S. Locust St.

• Isaac D. Phillips, 21, Elk Mound, was arrested following a foot chase on suspicion of resisting an officer, possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping after police were called at 8:17 a.m. April 21 to the area of Canton and Flora streets for a suspicious, intoxicated male. He was not found the first time, but was found after police were called back to Cherry and Canton streets. He was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Accidents

• Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 12:43 p.m. April 8 at Highway 10 and Campbell Street between Leslie A. Walker, 27, River Falls, and Cheri L. Condon, 65, Prescott.

• Police were called to a one-vehicle crash at 7:02 a.m. April 11 in the 1000 block of Dexter Street. The driver was identified as Joniker D. Hughes, 25, River Falls.

Traffic troubles

• Avery J. Mossman, 24, Iowa City, Iowa, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:10 p.m. April 15 at Highway 35 and 570th Avenue.

• Cody A. Holden, 29, Maiden Rock, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10"06 a.m. April 18 at Dexter Street and Highway 10.

• Adam L. Reuter, 33, St. Paul Park, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:32 a.m. April 18 at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

• Thomas P. Nelson, 58, Rosemount, Minn., was cited for operating without a license after a traffic stop for a defective passenger side headlight at 9:23 p.m. April 18 at highways 10 and 29.

• Mandy J. Heitman, 31, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:42 p.m. April 18 at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

• Oscar Ruiz-Gonzalez, 40, Bolingbrook, Ill., was cited for speeding and operating without a license after a traffic stop at 8:03 a.m. April 19 at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

• John M. Carrillo, 57, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:38 a.m. April 19 at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

• Molly L. Condon, 27, Hastings, Minn., was cited for non-registration of auto and display unauthorized plate, given a 10-day notice for operating without insurance and warned for failure to carry a driver's license after a traffic stop for expired tags at 11:33 a.m. April 19 at 236 Broad St.

• Michael D. Tangedal, 55, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:37 a.m. April 20 at Jefferson and Wacota streets.

• Steven P. Lorr, 55, St. Paul, was cited for speeding, operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license and non-registration of auto after a traffic stop at 3:30 p.m. April 20 at Highway 25 and 1259th Street.

• Elizabeth J. Davey, 27, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:01 p.m. April 20 at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

• Hannah J. Dummer, 21, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:17 a.m. April 21 at Highway 29 and Eagle Ridge Drive.

Citations

• Samantha A. Ohmann, 27, River Falls, was cited for a snow removal parking violation at 3:02 p.m. April 16 at 665 Ash St.

• Victor E. Trejo, 60, Prescott, was cited for expired license registration at 3:25 p.m. April 16 at 110 N. Young St.

• Ruth Ann Hall, 52, Prescott, was cited for an unregistered vehicle at 3:30 p.m. April 16 at 110 N. Flora St.

• Christina M. Vogel, 38, Prescott, was cited for an unregistered vehicle at 3:35 p.m. April 16 at 832 Riverwood St.

• Isaac D. Phillips, 21, Ellsworth, was cited for public urination at 2:22 a.m. April 21 at Broad and Orange streets.

Miscellaneous

• Police were called to check on a houseboat that broke loose from the dock at 4:53 p.m. April 8 in the 200 block of Second Street.

• Police took a burglary complaint at 9:37 a.m. April 10 at Albert and Canton streets.

• Police received a suspicious activity call at 12:25 p.m. April 10 about a person at Chestnut and Walnut streets. The man was collecting rocks.

• Police responded to a domestic incident at 8:50 a.m. April 15 at Dollar General. The parties were separated.

• Police received a burglary complaint at 1:58 p.m. April 18 1000 Highway 10.
